CRICKETHUB™.IO

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

1. Acceptance

By using crickethub.io and the CricketHub™ web app (the “Service”) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who can use CricketHub™

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, please use the Service with the awareness of a parent or guardian.

3. Your account

Give accurate information when you register and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been accessed without permission.

4. Free to play, points only

The Service is free to play. Points, badges, ranks and leaderboard positions are for enjoyment and recognition inside the app only. They have no value outside CricketHub™ and cannot be redeemed, traded or exchanged for anything.

5. Predictions and model estimates

Predictions are a game of cricket knowledge. Any model estimate shown in the app is a transparent calculation from the current match situation. It is not a tip, not advice, and not a guaranteed outcome.

6. Cricket data

Scores, schedules and statistics come from third-party providers. They may be delayed, incomplete or occasionally wrong. We do not guarantee their accuracy or availability, and results used for scoring predictions follow the data we receive.

7. Acceptable use

Do not post content that is abusive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, unlawful or spam. Do not impersonate others, try to cheat or manipulate scoring, use bots or scripts to automate the Service, attempt to break or probe its security, or interfere with other users’ enjoyment.

We may remove content, warn you, or suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a licence to display and store it in order to run the Service, including showing chat messages to other users. You are responsible for what you post.

9. Our content and marks

The CricketHub™ name, logo, design and software belong to us or our licensors. Team, player and tournament names belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the cricket they relate to.

10. Advertising and links

The Service shows advertisements and may link to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or discontinue features at any time.

12. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CricketHub™ and its operators are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Service means you accept the update.
